該生產(chǎn)線是將一定寬的金屬卷料薄板在板寬方向縱剪成多條所需寬度的帶材并進行成品工件的卷取的成套設備。
由開卷機、對中裝置、縱剪主機、阻尼預分料、收卷機、電氣控制控制系統(tǒng)等組成。
通過更換與排列不同規(guī)格的刀片隔套或移動刀座，可縱剪成不同寬度成品工件。
可根據(jù)客戶的需求要及生產(chǎn)線的工藝與配置實際需要，另外選配上料小車、壓引裝置、夾送裝置、粗校機、 料頭剪、過渡臺、廢邊卷取裝置、卸料小車、液壓與氣動控制系統(tǒng)等 | |
